    Unorganized and poor service procedure.
A 20-30 minutes procedure took around 2 hours due to error in documentation and being unorganized.

Have been there multiple times, the nurses are adorable and very helpful. The place is extremely clean. Had experience with good and bad docs, mostly are good though. Fast service. The local lady, dentist of my children is a sweetheart.

We were not really expecting it to be very good but surprisingly it was a good experience. The clinic was empty when we arrived and were guided through the process by the helpful nurse and doctor. Once payment was done the treatment followed and we were done with everything in about 30mins. Doctor was helpful and guided us well.

Zero efficiency in Travellers Clinic with staff taking their sweet time to attend to patients. Staff don’t act in a professional manner, i.e. chatting and joking between colleagues whilst people are in the queue waiting to get vaccinations.

My Experience was very good. I was really worried about this place especially after reading a lot of terrible reviews. What I did is I followed the advice of people who wrote good reviews and went really early in the morning and I didn’t have very high expectations. I reached at 7:30 and the whole process took 1:30 hours to 2 hours. You will first give your Emirates Id and. They will call your name to do an initial payment. You will then be called to meet a doctor who will ask you about your travel destination and will give you advice on which vaccinations you should take. Based on the doctors advice you will go back to the counter and pay for the vaccinations the doctor selected for you. Last step is actually getting called to take the vaccinations and take the yellow international vaccination card.

My follow up was 2 weeks later and I actually reached the place at 7 and I was told that I am first in queue. They started at 7:40 and I made a payment(again) then I took my second vaccination and left at 8

My advise is arrive super early and things will go smooth

Did my pre-marital screening and the experience was traumatizing. The medical staff was extremely judgmental of the fact that I had thalassemia traces saying to my future husband 'you can't find a foreigner who's healthy? Why don't you choose another one'. The rudeness experienced was beyond anything I've ever encountered. Another doctor refused to sign the pre-marital screening papers since she 'didn't agree to our marriage'. Staff were completely untrained to deal with the general public.

I went yesterday to emergency and every single staff, nurse, x-Ray technician, doctor was super kind and professional. Especially the young Emirati female doctor (in room 7), she was patient and took her time inquiring about my symptoms and she was a good listener too and never rushing, she didn’t leave a single detail and I was very impressed by her. I entered really sick and exited feeling much much better and grateful.

I visited this Health Centre today to discover if I could book a future appointment and was informed I could actually have the service I required immediately. So after registration I then proceeded to complete all the services I needed in a very reasonable period of time. ALL the staff were super friendly despite my arabic being limited and they were very professional even assisting my stupidity of not bringing all required documents. I would definite recommend this Health Centre and my thanks to all the great team who work there.

If you are prepared for a whole day wait for a vaccine, by all means go there.

I wanted yellow fever vaccine for my two year old. Since all toddlers are so unpredictable and need strict routine schedule,i called them to book an appointment. I was told it was a walk in. After explaining, my concerns regarding wait timing due to my son,I was told no worry it is usually fast.

i reached there at 9.30 am and I was told that because there are so many waiting already ( i counted all together 8 people !!???) it would take up to 2 hours. After a bit of thought and calculating feeding and sleepi g pattern of my son,I decided to wait.
My son started playing around and one of the lady receptionist approached me and told me he is disturbing the doctors!!

After two hours wait when I was not seen to (at 11.30) and everybody went on to their coffee breaks ( which seem to be every 15-20 minutes) even though they were brough a few cups of coffee by employee 10 minutes before, I decided to take matters into my own hands.

i approached one staff and asked what is going on, only one or two people had left in two hours! I was told everybody was on break and they would be back in 20 minutes..I still had around 6 people in front of me..Since it took teo hours for two people to be seen to, I could not see myself sotting around for 6 hours with a hungry and sleepy two year old screaming in my ear.

i completely broke down and started crying.. I told them they are the only clinic that doesnt do appointment. If booking system was in place, all this mess would be avoided..But I guess there is a reason to walk in. Staff can get away with not working most of the time..

The same receptionist that that told my son off for playing and not being quite came and told me to no worry, this is the way ot goes every day.

i saw black in front of me and I told her she cannot expect a two years old to sit still for two hours(this was while he was screaming in my arms because he was hungry)..She kept telling my son to stop crying while he kept screaming 'bye bye'..because he had enough and wanted to leave and eat and sleep..

After another 30 minutes I was finally seen to..If I had not approached the staff and made a big fuss probably i would have stayed there until closure 13.00 pm..

Horrible system put in place to mask laziness of staff..How little it is done. In any other hospital in UAE the while thing would have been avoided by booking a slot.

I always say that DHA hospitals have the competent forces and the latest technology, but lack the good management. I’ve gone through others’ reviews I totally agree with the point related to slow process, you need to take the day off if you’re visiting the clinic, it consumes almost half the day. This is in my opinion something related to management, though they look like having good application for patients admitting but still the admin staff are far from competency. I’ve just been waiting for my token to be called for assessment and they started calling numbers after mine by 10 ones, then I found out that the receptionist sent me to the wrong clinic and didn’t put my token in the role for assessing nurse. It’s not a single time experience opinion, as I visited the clinic many times, there are always stories to tell!
The building is clean, the facility is well designed, doctors are the best in field and equipment is the latest in the industry, that’s why I return back here, but knowing that I will spend the day.

Heard a lot of stories about the delay in taking turns and slow moving employees at this clinic etc. Wrong allegations! The trick to this is COME EARLY and stop whining.. i was here at 6:30, literally me and the janitors, got my No. 1 token got my coffee and breakfast and been waiting to greet all the incoming nurses and employees till they open at 7:30. People will start showing up at 7:30. Yes you will have to wait until you get admitted, this is normal. Guess the average waiting time is 30 min.

Terrible customer service. We arrived very early to try and avoid a lengthy wait : ended up waiting for 1.5 hours to eventually be told their system wasn't working and we had to go to another health centre, it seemed they had just forgotten about us. They also told us they had rang through to the other health centre to check we would definitely be seen there, it seems this was a lie as when we arrived at the 2nd place we were told we had to come back another day. Thanks for wasting our entire morning on our only day off from work. Disgusting service. Would give zero stars if I could.

Although the staff is very polite and the actual procedures are very fast, waiting times are really long. We arrived before opening time (were there at 7:00am), were second in the queue, but still waited for more than an hour before we've got our vaccination done. So either arrive early or take a day off, because by 9:00am there are about 20 patients waiting already, be prepared to probably spend around 4 hours or so waiting.

was disappointed for the service/receptionist team, trying to call for my baby vaccination but no one is picking up the calls, i tried for a week to call and the reception only pick up and transfer without screening the call.

Sad the service its not according to what government hospital will do.
how i suppose to do to book appointment for my baby?

Receptionists need to be more kind and assist the patient.

    Regards,

    Herba
