We moved our complete household including motorbike from Abu Dhabi to Germany. When we received our container after almost 4 months (delay caused by carrier and overall difficult supply chains), all our furniture and other items were still in excellent condition, as everything had been very carefully packed and sealed by the UAE packing team.

We have been using AGS for 3 county moves already. Our most recent one was last week from Abu Dhabi to Jakarta and our motorbike from Abu Dhabi to Tarragona. They are very competitive price wise. Hashem did the pre-moving survey. Mehdi has been great coordinating everything from back office to the moving day itself. Sayed was a good team leader and assisted us on making sure things are well organised!
So far we are happy with AGS. I highly recommend them.

Do not use this service.Is this really an international company? Apperances at the start were good but as time passed the level of service deteriorated. In particular follow up communication, finalising invoices and perhaps most importantly discoveries made up untill opening the last box. Please be aware that even though they are willing to pack everything in 2 days , once at your destination they expect everything to be unpacked in only 1. ( in our case 169 boxes) . There was hardly enough time to move all the boxes out of the shipping countainer and into the house let alone unpacking every single box. Now here lies one of the biggest problems we are facing, trying to claim the damaged goods (most importantly the screws and structural support of the bed that are missing) is leading nowhere as they claim we should have checked everything on the day of delivery. How rediculous is that? Why pay so much for the insurance if this is the support you get as a customer? After nearly 3 months the process is still ongoing There are many other moving companies in Abu Dhabi , choose wisely.
