Been using this station for the past 15 years. Today 05.05.2018 at 8.15 am been there to fill. The staff (appear to be of farthest east nationality, for the matter of being specific) declined to fill saying that it is self service and asked to either fill by myself or take another lane; while I know the company haven't introduced any such strict regulation, as of this date!
