  Anthony and his team were responsive, professional, and cost effective. I am extremely satisfied with their facilities management services, which included: fixing a hole in the wall, installing a door stopper, deep cleaning, repainting, and fixing minor wall damage on the corners of the walls.

  Cleaning was not up to expectations, we had to do it again. Special couch cleaning was minimal and not up to the cost. Customer services takes ages to respond and they lack respect.

  One thing I appreciate is good customer service (not always easy to find), and this is exactly what ATOZ deliver. Communication is very clear and concise and processes are well managed by Anthony. The team are prompt and have sorted a few things in my house now. They are polite and respectful. After being let down by a previous company, they responded to me over a public holiday and went out of their way to help where others failed to help. They are my go to for all home maintenance and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!

  Excellent service. Team was on time, communicated clearly the steps of what they were about to do and how (water tank cleaning). The final results were perfect, and i would highly recommend them for such maintenance services. Will be definitely booking them again for other services.

  The team came for A/C cleaning, they arrived on time, gave a detailed explanation of the work to be done, set up the work area and protected all surfaces, and did an immaculate job to clean and disinfect all units. Very satisfied with the service and highly recommend A to Z.

  I had an amazing experience with AtoZ!! They were so professional, ethical and we didn’t feel their presence because of how seamless it all was. There was 1 supervisor on the grounds who was making sure that everything was going well and he was so positive. I would recommend this company to anyone and enjoyed every bits of this process. Super recommended !!!

  The best cleaning company in Dubai! As a cleaning freak, it was difficult to find cleaners who pay attention to details and do a perfect cleaning but with A to Z, I did not have to follow up or tell them what to do, they knew straight away what needs to be done.

  Excellent cleaning and pest control. The ladies that clean my house weekly know the house well and clean it perfectly. They learned fast and know exactly where I place things and how I like things to be done. They are neat, professional and always do a great job. I don’t need to over-give instructions because they are well trained.

  Must say one if not the worse service I have ever witnessed. Not suitable for B2B module and won’t recommend any company to deal with these people. We are one of Expo’s pavilions who signed a contract for 6 months with this company who failed to deliver any term of the agreed contract and upon chasing for days We were sent a cleaner who is working for another pavilion and didn’t even clean for 45 minutes and left without a trace and upon chasing with their management for days I was simply told if we don’t like this then we can cancel the contract. By far not a professional place.

  I did deep AC cleaning with A to Z after checking around many companies in Dubai. They were incredibly professional, the quotation was fast and the work was arranged promptly. The pricing is very reasonable and quality of work was great. My AC is working like new again. Highly recommend!
