  Very2 bad experience! Receptionist/ CSR are very rude and disrespectful. Luck of training on how to deal with the customers. Paying for a high price for each services that I avail are very disappointing and i am very unsatisfied because the out come/result is not good and worst ever. The doctor and assistant are nice but the technicians for the crowns and dentures are luck of skills or unprofessional. Definitely, I will never recommend this clinic.

  I have been going to Shield Medical Center-Al Ain for a while now. Dr. Rajesh (ortho) and Dr. Mary are thorough and professional. Their support staff is kind and friendly, too, especially Mr. Carey. Their price for dental treatment is reasonable. I will definitely be coming back here for my future dental needs!

  Poor customer service. Advertising in Facebook that they have offer, once you call from the reception and confirming the offer they will tell you they HAVE , but after asking from the Dentist for the price they are not following for the offer price They are telling that posted in Facebook are not updated, and if you will call from the Main branch ABU DHABI, they will tell they have but only in Abu dhabi branch. Seems like they are fooling only customers, 101% MARKETING STRATEGY IS BAD. It's fine to put advertise regarding for the offer but put specific branch which offers is applicable, and tell the customers direct from the call that you dont have offer from your branches.

  Very great service!!! Im happy with the result after my tooth restoration. Dr. Zeinab is very kind. She is realistic when it comes to recommending what best to do with our teeth situation. Mr. Carey was also good as dental assistant. Both are very accommodating ❤️❤️❤️

  When i came in the clinic there was only 2 patients waiting, and i mesaage them through whatsapp for appointment before coming. I was called for my turn AFTER 2 HOURS. What a waste of time.. =(
