  I like this clinic, have taken my kids here, like the dentists, spent a lot of money here.
  
  However for a dental hygiene procedure, the price I was asked to pay increased in comparison to the ‘special price’ I paid for previous visits, with the reasoning being the dental hygienist was different 🤷🏻‍♂️. I was told that was the old price with a different hygienist (even though I had the same one during one of the visits), and that the hygienist hadn’t approved honoring the older price.
  
  I would have thought that pricing was a system thing not decided by clinic staff, and having spent 50k between oral surgery, orthodontics, cleaning at Micris so far this year, I wouldn’t have thought that I needed to actually ask for this (difference was only 200 aed), nor wait 15 mins till it was sorted.
  
  Such a small thing like this does affect perception of patients that the clinic is more interested in money than patient satisfaction, and in no way, will a patient be retained long term.
  
  Other than this issue, I generally really like the clinic.

  Dr. Layal is absolutely amazing. She’s welcoming, passionate and knows what she’s doing! I did cleaning, whitening, Invisalign and night guard with her.

  Many many thanks to Dr. Khasha for his extremely patience and professionalism. He is the best dentist I've ever been to! I would recommend Micris Dental Clinic without hesitation. They truly care about your needs 🥰

  Dr. Prajakta is not only the best dentist i have ever come across, she is also a truly nice human being. She went far and beyond to save my tooth from a previously badly done root canal. And she had done a stellar job! Any other dentist would have given up. Now our whole family is using this clinic for all dental procedures and every dentist is amazing. They are THE dental clinic to go to in Dubai.

  Dr Khasha is one of the best dentists I have ever been to. Since leaving London 2 years ago I was nervous about finding a new doctor in Dubai, and I am so glad I found Dr Khasha! He gives me genuine advice, guidance and puts all my concerns to rest. Truly one of the best dentists in Dubai.
