  اسؤء فرع و اسوء خدمة الموظفين لا يعلمون الاجراءات و الخدمة بطيئة جدا
  لا انصح اي احد بالتعامل مع البنك كامل !!!!!!!!!

  اسوء خدمة متعاملين، ناس يدخلون بدون ما ينادون ارقامهم و مافي توضيح لمكان معاملتك هل هي خدمة عملاء او الصراف !

  Locals has priority than other nationalities, no respect for token line numbers, very very very slow service, nobody cares about customers.

  Staff not working to their fullest potential. (Not expected to a DIB branch)
  There are 5 customer service counters and just one has a numbering working the others - - - - although staff are available!!!
