Great place for hills and mountain lovers. We visited there during winter and the experience was good. There are a few other places too to visit in Hatta. Be ready to walk top the hill through road as there is only a very limited parking during weekends.

Awesome weekend escape from bustle of Dubai for a quite and nature experience. Awesome location for photos and excellent spot for kayaking or boating. It can be pretty warm in summer so keep your caps and water bottles close. Overall a 5* Dubai experience.

One of awesome place to visit for those who have fed up with deserts all around. Very nice view. Better place to have a ride from the way back to Dubai from Oman. Spend some time in silent atmosphere. Enough space for parking too. I enjoyed my visit there :)

One of the best places to visit in Dubai with friends and family. It's a bit far from Dubai but is a nice place to enjoy.
Now a days they have started paddle boat and kayak which can be rented out for a tour in the Dam.
Luckily we were their on a rainy day which gave us a different view of the place and we enjoyed a lot.response / report this review -

lovely place, but not suitable for small children. If you are planning to visit then better to go in the cooler months. On last week of March it was already very hot.

Gets crowded during peak hours. Great foreground, but the lights are on at night, so don't expect to do any astrophotography here. If you want a similar foreground, then head to hatta green dam. It's kind of tricky to get there, but once you do, you'll be glad you did.
