  Masjid Al Wali al Qadim is a very beautiful historic mosque in Khorfakkan. It is similar looking to Salem Al Mutawa mosque which is distinctly shaped and can be seen on UAE Dirham 5 note(AED 5) which is set against a landscape of the mountains and the sea along with date palm trees.
  
  This is a must visit location while on your way to see Al Badiyah mosque built in the 15th century.
