Good service, I visited the emergency room with a high temperature for my child, and the needed medicine were given and the pediatrician was called without any delay. from admission to discharge process was carried out smoothly. Thank you for your good hospitality
Doctors are great. Nurses are great. The main reception? TERRIBLE.
They continue talking to one another even though there is a patient waiting in front of them unattended. They make you feel like you are a nuisance who is disturbing and disrupting things that they should be doing (which is obviously more important then attending to the patient).
The only exception is the reception in the xray dept (Benjamin). He is very calm, accommodating, and friendly.
People who enter hospitals are usually anxious, and they don't need the added bonus of unfriendly, rude receptionists who don't keep you informed. All these guys do is take your ID, charge you the consultation fee, and forget about you.
Perhaps there should be a coarse in empathy. Or better yet, get Benjamin to teach them how to respect people and do their jobs properly.
Came to the emergency in the hospital and we gave the id the reception at 10:51 exactly and we asked him how many patient before us ans he said only one then we waited for a whole hour because the receptionist changed and the first one did not register us on the system and three people came after us and all of them went to the doctor before us while we came before them and when we speak with the receptionist he is seeing us and not responding at all like i talk to my self its not my first time in this hospital but it will be the last and when we said were can we complain he is not responding too so thats mean he will do whatever he want and you cannot complain at him? Sorry for the owner but you should recheck your staff again
The administration staff are unfriendly and inconsiderate of the patients needs.Patients are made to wait for extended periods of time while they show no concern for them and little regard that they are there because they are ill.It is highly stressful as patient priority should be first.There needs to be a system in place to speed up the waiting period and make the staff more friendly and helpful.This is not my first experience having this problem and I wonder if anything will be done to change this.I do not wish to email you as you can see my complaints.Train your staff so you can raise the standards of your hospital according to the high expectations of this amazing country.
Came here for Pfizer vaccination and everything done in less than half an hour. It was the time it took for completing the steps, without any waiting. And the best explanation ever given about the precautions to be taken post vaccination.
Hospital has a very good ambience, better than most shopping malls.
