Well this was my first experience in Ayla 'unknown hotel brand for me'. However, I'm going to it again whenever I visit AlAin.
+ It is a large size hotel.
+ The hotel is new and modern.
+ It is good for families.
+ Large size rooms
+ Has plenty underground parkings
+ The hotel is close to the city centre by drive
+ AlAin mall is just cross the road
+ The front desk staff are nice and helpful
+ The rooms price are responsible
- It is not a resort.
- The entrance has around 7 steps which is not convenient for check in laggages. However, the staff are helpful.
- The level of room service is not consistent as you have to remind the staff to bring missing items such as the refreshments and toiletriesresponse / report this review -

Fantastic. Excellent service. Friendly staff and great room service. Overall very pleasant stay. Will 100% recommend it and will be my first choice every time I visit Al Ain. Definitely a must ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very new and clean.
Just across the Al Ain Mall.
Walkable distance from Al Ain Bus Station, Nacional Museum, Al Ain Oasis(Don't forget to bring a lot of water).

Over priced not 5 star at all. No daily cleaning fire alarm goes off randomly. Waiting more than 25 min for car valet parking. Slow internet.
Was charged 125 AED extra.
