  Bought a pair of Leki carbon poles. On the second day of skiing the tip broke off while attempting to open the bindings. Went back to the store, the manager asked me to leave the poles there while he contacts Leki. He gave me a rental set instead so I could ski. It was my last day in Pas and when I came back afternoon there was still no answer from Leki. The manager decided to replace my poles with a new pair even though he did not receive any guarantee from Leki that they will refund or replace the poles. I call that a good service.

  We were a big group so we paid before hand and made sure that they knew we were all going to rent equipment on a certain day. They did not deliver the equipment we needed on the agreed date so we had to come back the next morning which was one of our paid ski days.
  Due to an administrative error on their part we ended up paying 275€ for a pair of skiis that they say we did not return. We were extremely careful when bringing the equipment from the hotel back into the shop (by bus) and everybody in the group came into the shop with a pair of skiis and returned them. They locked the door on the shop so we wouldn't leave without paying and didn't open it until we agreed. The money has not been refunded as of today.
  I would rent my equipment from someone else to avoid any problems.

  Contractem el lloguer per divendres tarda, truquem a la botiga el mateix mati i ens confirmen que tenen el material preparat, arribem a l'hora acordada i ens diuen que no tenen ni un ski per llogar-nos.
  Ens fan tornar al dia seguent sense pagar-nos el transport i sense ni tan sóls disculpar-se.
  A l'hora de tornar els skis, ens asseguren que ens en falta un (erem un grup de 30) pero no ens deixen contar quants n'hem entregat, despres ens diuen que falten botes tambe, deapres ens diuen que no les conten... Per acabarho d'adobar tanquen la botiga amb clau i fins que no paguem els skis no ens deixen marxar... Denuncia en camí.
