Service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were very lovely.

Catered well to gluten intolerance which is appreciated. Buffet food was varied and had many options - most of which was cooked very well.

Rooms were very spacious and cleaned to a high standard. Thank you to the housekeeping team who did an excellent job at refreshing the rooms everyday and the turn-down service in the evenings.

Unfortunately a problem for us was that the pool/spa amenities are not included in the price. €27 per person for a 2 hour session is very expensive, and when you’re with family that adds up very quickly. I don’t think this is very good value for money given the price of the hotel room is on the pricier side.

Drinks were also very expensive. Table water at dinner was €5 per bottle - coming from the UK that was a slight shock as water is usually complementary.

However, we loved our stay and would definitely come back! These are just some points to consider in future as I think it would improve the guest experience.

We were currently on day 5/7 of our stay here, we have had disturbed sleep every single evening which has impacted our ability to enjoy skiing due to exhaustion.

The rooms to the left of the hotel above the bar are absolutely horrendous. You will hear chairs scraping and banging CONTINUOUSLY from the bar all evening, up until 1am and then again from 8am.

This is consistent, every single night.

You also have to be a heating engineer in order to find a temperature within the rooms that isn't either boiling or freezing cold.

You would think a 5 star hotel would give you the ability to control the temperature of your room but clearly not here as they don't have air-conditioning.

The staff try to help but if you value any form of sleep I would definitely look somewhere else.

We stayed on the recommendation of colleagues from Puerto Rico and they were not wrong, the best service at the bar, in coordinating classes, recommendations, breakfasts, spa. You don't have to worry about anything, they rent you everything and coordinate everything and the dance floor they take you to is the best for beginners, believe me, I made the mistake of not coordinating my first day with them. I'm coming back next year.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations for the price that we paid. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was lovely. Our room was so nice with a balcony and view of the mountain and very comfy beds with a CHOICE of pillows!! (This is such a great thing that is so rare. Everyone likes different firmness of pillows so why not offer more than one type) As for the spa I very much appreciated that there are time slots without children. It is not a children's play area and if you are a couple you want to be able to enjoy the peace and relaxation. We did both and the times without children were much better tranquil atmosphere. The minibuses to the slopes are so frequent it might as well be ski in ski out you will not wait at all and the drivers are polite and help with your skis. They let us use the shower in the spa on the last day after skiing after we had already checked out before we caught our long train home. It was the sort of the place where the guests come first and they try and do everything possible to help and ensure you have a good time. I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

We are currently enjoying our stay at Hotel Park Piolets as part of our high-altitude training (cycling). Located at 1,800 meters, the hotel is truly exceptional, offering a beautiful and well-maintained environment along with outstanding amenities.

The hotel features a stunning and inviting ambiance, with a buffet that excels at both breakfast and dinner.
The rooms are beautiful, luxurious, and feature comfortable beds, which significantly enhance the comfort of our stay. The level of service and cleanliness is outstanding.

The fantastic spa is a highlight, perfect for relaxing. Its central yet peaceful location in Soldeu, Andorra, is ideal for exploring the area and enjoying the surrounding landscapes and nature. The setting is particularly well-suited for nature lovers, hikers, and cyclists.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the extraordinary friendliness of the staff. From the management to the reception, spa team, restaurant, and bar, the level of service is unparalleled and genuinely makes you feel at home.

We still have four days to enjoy here and are already looking forward to our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking excellent accommodation and service.

Buenas instalaciones y buen trato del personal, pero se les nota 'quemados' con sus condiciones laborales.

Cuida a tus empleados y ellos cuidarán de tus clientes
