  We rent the ski material in this place because part of a 2 days package (with hotel and skipass). We had to wait more than one hour to rent the material since there were only two persons serving. They should not accept big groups if not able to attend people in a reasonable time.

  Pedí unos skis de bronce y el chico joven no me puso bien la fijación ya que en una pista roja se me salieron 5 veces los skis Luego hablé con el otro chico lo que me había pasado y le pedí que me diera la hoja de reclamaciones, me dijo que viniera más tarde a mí parecer se hizo un poco el loco. Al menos el trato fue amable pero no volveré.

  Son unos ladrones, da igual que pack pagues , ellos te darán el equipo que les apetezca, , pague un pack platino y un amigo el pack oro 2 niveles por debajo aún así nos dieron los mismos skis, cuando informe al encargado se hizo el loco jajajaj mejor ir a cualquier otra tienda que os atenderán mejor
