Trip wasted as park closed down in April. I was told by tourist information desk that the park remains closed every year in April and september , wonder why?
Before you plan please make sure you contact local desk to find out ticket availability anf opening days and times.
The place is good but many people of the Staff are not helpful and have a long face all the time.
Unfriendly personal who told us that the tobotronc is closed although on the internet site it says that it's open EVERYDAY.
I think that they were just too lazy to open the road for us.
Maybe it's clever to make a reservation online so you don't get fooled by them
We came for the coaster. Drove all the way up there and it was not running due to an electrical issue from a storm. Also note that it only runs certain days anyways.
Garbage. Arrived well within the opening hours (3.30pm). All activities at the cota 1600 were closed so we were advised to drive a further 15 mins to the cota 2000 where tubing and snowmobiles were open. Nope All closed. Why advertise the tobotronc with pictures of deep snow and then say that's the reason it's closed? Think it's more a case if it's not busy the staff aren't going to bother. Don't go in winter.
Only did the Tobo Tronc, which was €12 to buy there and €8 if you book online. Stood in line for about 5 minutes and then was in the ride for about 10 mintutes. It was awesome. Really cool idea, the only sucky thing is I'd you get stuck behind someone slow, which we did. Still a blast tho. I'd recommend you wear something very warm as well because is to extremely chilly at the moment. 10/10 would recommend and would do again.
Party of five (3 kids 16, 11, and 6). Entrance fee for the five of us was 110 Euro. The park itself is actually OK and would have gotten away with 3 stars but the complete lack of maintenance (see the mini golf pic) and the helpless staff leave no choice to drop to 2 stars. Waiting times are very long for the good attractions (result of untrained staff). The highlight of the park is a summer bob slide (on rails) which is amazing. I think you can buy a ticket just for that and that would be my recommendation.
Great location. Waiting times for rides are extremely long. This takes the fun out of the experience.
Tourist trap. Services not according to published information on their website. Dirty and unmantained installations. Another visitor next to us stated "This is decadent".
Unmanaged waiting lines for longer than 1h. Main attraction broken, but they keep people in line, for some hours. 3 of 5 jumping beds broken. Electric scooter circuit has only ONE electric scooter functional.
Real nice outdoor/amusementpark. I have visited Naturlandia 2 Times in the last 2 years! Should be on the Andorra "to do list" of all family's that spent their holyday in Andorra.
Long lines
The toboggan run is fab fun the other attractions were less interesting. We went during the week and queued longest 15 minutes for our rides other times it was less than 10 minutes. €30 for the day or €12 for a ride.
Fun & more Fun , is that what you get if you come to Naturlandia ^^
Simple
The tobotronc is great
Lots of fun
Over priced attractions, many things we're closed because it was low season but their excuse was the rides are broken.
