Good: Good selection, good prices. We would have been lost without MrBricolage when we moved to Andorra.

Not so good:
- Unethical client card system: 10% back in points that expire in 1 month, points are on an easy-to-lose piece of paper "checks" that can't be immediately used, and you can't use more than 1 "check" per day. An ethical store would let you accumulate points that don't expire, store them on a card & let you use them immediately. The current system feels manipulative.
- No online store to check offering & stock.
- Sometimes it's hard to get help because the few (friendly) clerks are busy.

On a second visit I found the help to be very much improved. Please do ask for Waldo, he speaks fantastic English and went beyond the call of duty to help me.

Molts productes per la llar amb coses de decoració. Però el personal no sap ni com funciona el producte, ni sap ajudar-te. L'ambient és fred i no t'ajuden gaire quan no tens massa idea..

Para accesorios del baño y la casa, sin buscar demasiado detalle ni estilismo está bien porque es económico.
Lo que pasa que los trabajadores tampoco están excesivamente preparados ante las dudas y no es fácil conseguir una factura de empresa, en la misma caja cosa muy normal hoy en día.

Franquicia de la casa Francesa, amb bon surtit de productes per la llar, jardins, etc
El dolent, el personal. No són eficients, no estan informats sobre els productes que venen, no trobes mai a ningú que et pugui ajudar i les caixeres molt sovint van amb la màxima paciència i sense preces per molta gent que hi hagi fent cua.
