  We arrived around midnight and they had prepeared a cold dinner for us. Staff were lovely and very friendly. Food was great. Would defiantly reccomend this place.

  Cena; de 19.30 a 22.30, pues como no vayas pronto, no reponen. Bajamos a las 21 y ya no quedaban postres, pues... no repusieron!
  Las habitaciones, dejas fianza de 30 € para devolverla en perfecto estado, hasta ahí bien, pues deberían dartela en perfecto estado, no con la goma de la bañera suelta, ni manchas en paredes y suelo. Ya no es lo que era.

  Un fin de semana en el hotel pero sin duda no volveremos.Un hotel de 4 *ni de lejos,en los pasillos de las habitaciones no hay luz,la cocina pequeñisima,el desayuno y la cena escasos y de mala calidad.En un hotel de 4* no pueden ponerte tres bandejas con comida.La habitación correcta.

  Muy buena relacion calidad precio y muy buen servicio. Para mi eso vale mas que tener infinitas opciones de desayuno o las ultimas tecnologias en la habitacion

  Com a hotel de 4* aprop de les pistes de Ordino, esta molt be. Tenen Spa, la única pega és que la majoria de habitacions són dobles amb llits separats, i has de demanar explícitament que vols llit gran sota demanda

  We booked a package with Secret Escapes and Hotel Mu was the accommodation for this package.
  
  The hotel itself is pleasant enough and although our room was small, we had everything we could need in that space as well as a token balcony. The shower in the room was great.
  
  A few other pointers in quick-fire just to cover them over:
  
  1. Don't trust name badges, English IS spoken but I had to resort to Google translate on a couple of occasions with one particular reception member.
  
  2. The "spa" isn't worth it and there is damp above the hot tub and the "hot" tub isn't hot and there is damp on the ceiling above it.
  
  3. If you are picky with your food, don't rely on the half-board buffet...it's not great. I was okay but my wife had some issues with it.
  
  4. I skinned my finger on the chair in the restaurant on the 1st night as the seat was not secured to the legs...not a pleasant experience and it's still not totally healed.
  
  5. Transport is unreliable at best. The free ski bus isn't particularly punctual and the taxis (all 4 that there must be in the area) will turn up when they want to and not when you ask them to be there.
  
  All in all, the hotel is fine for a budget stay, just don't set your expectations too high and I'm sure the hotel is fine if you have your own transport. If you are looking for ease and relaxation, stay in La Massana.

  Es la segona vegada que hi vaig, s'ha de destacar la bona atenció. Les habitacions són amplies i amb TV plana gran, amenities de tot tipus, restaurant tipo buffet i spa, la localització es bona, zona tranquila i aprop de pistes, garatge public just al costat.

  Hotel is lovely- it's clean, warm and cosy. The staff are very helpful and can't do enough to make sure you have a good stay. The food's good, if a bit random, but this is first time we've stayed half board so perhaps that's normal. We never struggled to find anything we both liked. The spa is brilliant too, the outside hot tub is right on the road but it's worth it, even if you only go in once! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the location, it's a little remote and although there are free buses running to the slopes, they're pretty inconsistent with the timings. That said most people seem to have come with secret escapes and for the price we paid it was an absolute bargain, even if you factored in the costs of taxis to the slopes. Would definitely recommend :).
