Good hotel. Comfortable, clean and centered.
3 stars as WIFI was really really bad, which I consider a basic need for anyone nowadays.
UPDATE: WiFi has gotten better so, increasing 1 star

Great location. Large, clean room with a large and nice bathroom. Air conditioning was great. The hotel was clean and new. The breakfast in the morning was a large buffet. It would have been nice if hotel guests could have used the spa for free.

Nice space in the room, staff reliable. Otherwise, reconnecting to the wifi every 30 minutes is really a pain, the room equipment is very low, and the shower is half broken. Definitely not a four-star hotel. To use the spa you have to pay an extra amount.

Staff is unhappy and not trained for 4star service at all. The suit doesn't have a large bed but actually 2 small ones pushed together. Guest cannot book a massage at the hotel at all but are expected to run after the masseuse themselves to try and book one. You pay over 20euros per night to take your dog in but there is nothing for the dog at all. Not even a water bowl. Will never go back there

The wifi just didn't work. You could connect, but forget sending or receiving email, reading the news, sending a photo. It was pathetic. Also don't park beneath the building. We could not pay at the machine, the hotel couldn't help, and we had to wait a half hour for the parking attendant to arrive to let us out. But the rooms were nice, the breakfast was great and it was central to town.

The hotel is cheap, modern and the rooms are decent for the price. The beds are however poor quality and small (two 1.5x size beds in the room) and as the hotel is across from Cirque du Soleil it's loud 'til midnight. OK for 1 night, just.
