  You have an accident because your brakes stop working (I'm not a fortune teller, these things couldn't have been anticipated as far as I know), then you crash into a wall they leave you without a replacement car, and they tell you that you have to pay for the brakes because the comprehensive insurance only covers the damage you do yourself, and in this case the brake is the fault. Next time I'll take a hammer and smash my entire windshield, but since it's my fault they'll pay me you pay €900 a year for insurance and you get the shock of your life and an unnamed fortune to pay
  In short, insurers are scammers. It was already known, but they just confirmed it to me.

  We had a breakdown with the car in France and the management could not have been worse. Financera completely disagrees and forces you to manage everything with the company Race in Madrid.
  Calls with 1 and 2 hours waiting for a different person to answer you each time with contradictory information.
  They couldn't manage the return for us. "We manage it and we will call them." They never returned our call. We have been claiming the expenses for 3 months and we still haven't been paid.
  The repatriation of the car a disaster. It took 41 days, during which no one knew where the car was or when it would arrive.
  A terrible experience that will not happen to us again because we have already changed companies.

  I had a problem and I spoke to the head of claims who is called Joan Torner, he is a super friendly gentleman who knows how to listen to the customer, he gave me a satisfactory solution.
  In addition, they put me through the call with him directly without excuses and without having to wait a long time as happens with other insurers. Thank you very much!

  They don't have a 24-hour roadside assistance phone number… terrible service. You can only have claims outside Andorra from Monday to Friday office hours. Appalling. I will wait until tomorrow Monday to see if they can offer me the towing service.
