Staff was super attentive, the facilities were clean, and the spa was absolutely gorgeous!! I recommend purchasing access to Inúu as well, it's a no-kids zone and a little bit more upscale!

Reservation is recommended. For non-kids people better to go to innu rather than thermoludica - less.crowded and more.designed/new/offer variety

A lot of people. We spent 40 minutes just to enter. Pools are good, good area under the sky, very organized area for children! To get more satisfaction you should use more services like massage or choose smaller spa like anyos, but we were not there these dates. Then we visited it in dinner time and it was super! Especially jacuzzi on fresh air! It’s perfect when it’s not overcrowded!

Well, I can't give more as I haven't even got the chance to enter. We are visiting Andorra with our 2 year 6 month old. We had the CRAZY idea to spend the days before Christmas together as a family visiting what it's called "europe's greatest spa". We had to leave with our daughter crying and we, parents deeply disappointed. As it turns out no chance to enter with a kid younger then 3, but hey even below 5 not possible to spend time together, as they are only allowed to a "children only" area with no parents supervision and with staff barely speaking English You should change your policies as this place in anything but family friendly as it is now. Big shame! Biggest disappointment in Andorra.

38 euros seems like a lot for a pool complex, but the Caldea exceeded all expectations. They had so many unusual pools!

I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because they really should heat everything up by a few degrees.

These Thermal pools are very clean and large with an outdoor pool you can enjoy while it snows
There is a theatrical show every hour and a dancing pool thing around 7pm

Expensive. 38 EUR for 3 hours. You get a big discount, I think it's around 17 EUR, if you bring a cheque from last time you were "there". Might want to ask around. The facilities are adequate but boring. The nozzle pressure is lacking. Management should remind people that saunas need to be used with towels. Pools of sweat are a no go. At the time of writing the nude part was closed for renovations. Though at 70 EUR it's WAY too steep.

Bad : indoor air simply too cold. As a result no sense of relaxation and risk of getting cold.
    -no hairdryers, no towels
-water could have been warmer too
-too expensive. Suggested price 15-20 eur

    Good : clean
    Spacious
    Beautiful

Water is not hot enough, there is too much noise, only one sauna, and dinner is really terrible. Better go to smaller spa with better facilities. The building looks great and the external part of the pool is also funny.

"Caldea" is a amazing place if you want to relax after a long day of activities. It gives you a big variaty of massages and it has a lot of pools. It has a good restaurant as well so you can take a small break of your relaxed time there. It is a good choice to go there for a date or just as family.

Surreal cross between a spa and a water theme park. A fun, if expensive, way to spend a few hours. Swimming outside in a warm pool whilst it snows is a highlight.

Been here for an evening entrance with dinner:

Water complex clear, well-kept and everything was perfect.
Dinner was simple, but really tasty. Various flavours to pick, some universal, some from local cuisine.

What impressed me the most was the view from outside lagoon during night. Posibility to lie down in hot water with a view of the stars. :)
