These car parks are paid, there are several in Encamp and they are similar to the blue zone in Spain, but yes, much cheaper, it cost me about 4 hours 2 euros, and they are fine because in Encamp there is almost no parking and these are more cheaper than the hotels themselves, so if you go to any hotel and they have a full parking lot as was my case, don't hesitate to leave it here
