Desastrosa experiencia. Tras reservar por la web, recibir confirmacion con numero de billete y localizador, asà como cargo en la tarjeta confirmado, me dicen que en su sistema la reserva esta cancelada. Ni me han dado billete ni me han devuelto el dinero. Lo peor la atencion al cliente cuando hemos llamado. Acabamos de comprar otro billete con otra compañia. Soy del paÃs (Andorra) y me da vergüenza este nivel de servicio en un paÃs que vive del turismo.

O ônibus é bastante confortável mas o serviço é péssimo, muito ao contrário do Andorra by bus.
Fiz o trajeto Andorra - Barcelona Saints com o meu marido agora em março/2017 e o motorista foi extremamente rude. Dei boa noite, ele não respondeu e me olhou feio. Não me deixou subir com uma mala de mão na qual havia objetos frágeis e cabia perfeitamente embaixo do banco.
Não há funcionários da empresa para colocar e retirar as bagagens no porão, o serviço é feito pelos próprios passageiros!! Nunca vi algo tão absurdo.
O wi-fi não funcionava.
Nunca mais viajo por essa companhia e não recomendo a ninguém.response / report this review -

Ahora ya no voy tanto pero hace 2 años estuve durante 3 años subiendo cada 15 dÃas y la verdad que el viaje se hace muy cómodo y tranquilo. La verdad que súper contenta hasta con el trato de los conductores.

In theory it takes 3h from Barcelona to Andorra, and the service is conveniently located in Sants Station. But be warned about using their services on a weekend during winter season, or you will find yourdelf spending endless hours on a bus because of traffic jams. Expensive.
