Description
The Slick aerobatic aircraft has been around since 2005 and has been winning local aerobatic championships ever since. The original creator and founder of Slick Aircraft Company that manufactures this little gem was the late Glen Dell, a former World Advanced Aerobatic Champion and the only South African Red Bull Air Race pilot so far.
The Slick 360 is a purpose built competition aerobatic aircraft and is manufactured mostly from carbon fiber. The cockpit and floor area is surrounded by a combination of fiberglass and Kevlar layups to protect the pilot and some components such as the wheel spats and fairings where flexibility and durability are required are made out of fiberglass.
