  The employees don't pick up their phones. I've been trying to get hold of them since yesterday, staying on the line for almost half an hour. They can't be that busy. I just want my personal mags of the car which have nothing to do with insurance. Can anyone help me, I don't see an email or anything besides useless number online

  Best experience ever
  I was struggling to sell my salvage car after an accident, then supplied my details on their website and they offered me R11 000.00 more than the other company.
  As easy as a few whatsapp messages, they came to view the vehicle..made payment...collected the car and will be doing all the paperwork.

  This place is very well organise and staff always ready and answering questions about there operations .
  the release staff are always hands on with the releasing of the cars

  Staff was friendly from security checkpoint to reception. The place observed social distancing and provided sanitation facilities during covid pandemic. Other than the wait time to get what you brought online, everything was smooth... Oh, and you can find tow trucks by SMD branch...

  We are regular clients and had to fetch 2 vehicles today but the guard stopped us at the entrance and said we were not allowed to go inside with our vehicle?
  For what exact reason can’t we park our vehicle inside the parking bay on the premises that is empty @ 8am.
  As a woman I don’t feel safe having to park outside. You have a sign in stop at the second gate and a parking bay in front of your offices ?
  If the parking bay is full then you tell people to wait. Another issue is that certain people obviously get preference??? A red car just pulled in, no questions! This type of business management speaks for itself - incompetence and pathetic service delivery !!!

  Look its fine. Its an auction place where sad broken motor cars are sold to the highest bidder. Star rating is irrelevant.
