  Great hotel and staff. Breakfasts were amazing, and the free bicycle rental made it very easy to get in to town.

  Really nice place, front of the river. They have everything you can expect from dream place, smiles, bikes, good organic food, laundry service, massage, taxi service, etc etc. I definitively recommande this place to stay in Hoi An
  (Another advice, GO IN THE NEW TOWN !! don't stay in historical trap center ;) )

  Wonderful experience. The best, friendiest staff anywhere. They go above and beyond!. Nice room. Pretty, peaceful grounds (lots of orchids). Great breakfast. A little out of the way (hard for Uber drivers to find) but easily within walking/biking distance to most of Hoi An. THANK YOU!

  Nice location - I came here a few times because it was close to my hotel.
  The pumpkin soup, spring rolls and juice were nice... the câu lâo was not so good. The service was poor.

  Wonderful hotel to stay in. Modern, clean, friendly staff, great location, nice grounds, free bike hire, 10 minutes to centre of town.
  We had 4 nights here but I could have stayed for a couple of weeks! I will definitely be back.

  Wonderful place to stay! The rooms are gorgeous as is the pool. Lee and Ruby were exceptional hosts and gave great advice about local places to eat and what to see. The free bikes are really useful and it's really nice being so close to the river. Would definitely recommend!

  We had an amazing time in this hotel. When we visited Hoi an (May) it was pretty hot during the day so we spent time in the swimming pool. The room was very pretty so I didn't get bored just staying in the room and pool to wait until outside got cooler. There are also some nice restaurants and cafe nearby by the river so you could also explore.
  
  And for the breakfast we luckily got seats on second floor and had a nice and peaceful view of the river. They had options for some local food and fresh fruits juice and coffee, and they were all good.
  It was one of the nicest breakfast experience I've ever had!
  
  The staff was also very friendly and helpful. One thing I regret about is that we only stayed there for one night..
  I would love to come back to this hotel someday!

  Great hotel on the river about 10 mins cycle from the old town. Don't let the location put you off, it's super easy to cycle and very peaceful. Hotel is good, breakfast decent, lots of choice and bonus dishes that were served each day. Pool is nice, could do with some more loungers though. Rooms are nice and modern, outdoor bathroom with the bath tub was amazing. Along the river is also a lovely lady called Mrs Ha who serves ice cold beers and good chats. Pull up a chair and enjoy!

  Amazing hotel overlooking the river at a great price. Lovely a la carte breakfast & very friendly service with helpful travel advice. Rooms are gorgeous. It takes about 20 minutes to walk into the old town which was perfect for us. Free bikes, no markup on the airport transfer arranged through them either! Loved Hoi An, it's stunning!
