  It's nice.
  Best thing is it's quite new.
  Rooms are very small, at least partially - the 2nd floor rooms.
  Beach is not so nice.
  On a weekend seams it's very bussy here.
  The employees are very friendly and helpfull.

  This resort is good. Very beautiful. The pool is nice too. Nice place to visit. Anyway, the beach is not clean. There are some oils inside the water. I couldn't swim there.

  Very nice villa, ideal for a quick escape from the crowded city; nice pool and the gym is equiped with Technogym equipment, not to mention the quite decent services. However, the beach is not renovated so it is unenjoyable, it takes 45-60 minutes driving to get to the closest supermarket; although the place sells a certain variety of products, it is unworthily exensive. Overally it is ideal if you want to escape the city to spend time staying in a villa close to the beach but not if you really want to travel.

  My family just visited this resort for 3 days (2 nights) and we got the worst experience ever. We arrived at 12:30 and they made us wait until 15:30 to get the rooms. The staffs did not provide any solution or answers for our complains and questions except for making us waited and "be understanding".
  
  The accommodation is OK but it doesn't meet the standard of 5 stars hotel.
  The service was slow and unresponsive. There is lack of professionalism in treating customers.
  
  On the day we checked out, they asked us for compensation for dirtying their pillows and towels - this should have been in their own laundry service but NO, instead of being good service they just asked for the compensation. The daily room service does not even replace the room pillowcase or sheets.
  
  In verdict, this was the worst resort we have been to. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. If you want to have a good vacation in Long Hai, there are way more better choices.

  Poor Service!!! So terrible!!!
  I've make reservation for 1 villa 4 bedrooms before check-in date over a month. After that, sales man called me and informed me that they have a new rule, passenger cannot cooking, using kitchen in villa (????) or bring food into hotel. And I've asked her to cancel my booking. She is ok and ensure with me that she will send me an email confirmation about this rule, give me 2 options: cancel booking no fee or still stay there and receive a voucher 650,000 VND/villa. 3 days past, I've received nothing, I just reminded her again, and she continue to tell me the same "will send me email"... But 15 days after, when my check in will occur in next 3 days, I inform them that I will stay here to avoid any changes and want to have 2 more extra beds. We will go with 10 persons. One more time, They continue refusing help me, just only one extra beds can be adapted, another one should hire another room in another place in resort.
  I don't know what they are doing in their service, their business???? Very poor service and terrible operation. Cannot acceptable. I never never use their service again, and make sure that I'll also remind all my friends and family.

  This project is still in construction, I has good location near the sea and the traffic here is good. Good place to stay but it's not cheap

  Khu nghỉ dương oceannami sắp khai trương thật sư rất đẹp. Khu nghỉ dưỡng nằm sác mé biển rất thoáng mát đầy đủ các dich vụ
