User (16/03/2018 21:48)Very nice and clean gym. There is lot of machines and plates, even olympic bar. But one big problem. There is no squat rack. You can squat just in smith machine, but it sucks.

We used this gym for the whole of our 9 day stay in Phu Quoc! It has treadmills, bikes, free weights and lots of machines to use too :)! 80,000vnd for a day or a week pass for 300,000vnd! The guy who runs the gym is really great :)

80k for a day or 300k for a week. Gets incredibly hot as there is no AC and no free water. Basic gym equipment. Could use some more modern facilities and machines that can handle more weight.

Lockers but no changing rooms. No squat rack. Good value day pass. Clean. Good training music as well.

Seems like this is the only independent gym in town at the moment. Good quantity of decent equipment. No squat rack, just smith machine.

By far the best modern gym on the island, providing clean towel is a plus
