Worst experience ever. I went in to get my shellac manicure removed and, even though the salon was empty, they still treated me like I was a nuisance. She didn't use any acetone to remove the shellac, just completely sanded it down with the nail file drill until my nails were thin, brittle, and painful. Worst part is, she didn't even remove all the shellac. About half of the polish still is on my nails in patches. I would have asked her to remove all the polish, but the experience was already so physically painful that I just wanted to get out of there. If you can't do the basics, then why would I trust you to do a $50+ manicure? I don't like writing bad reviews, but this was a horrible experience I want others to avoid. I will go somewhere else to have the rest of my shellac removed.
This is the best nail salon on the island.. She surrounds herself with true professionals and the service shows it..great Mani pedi and awesome nail jobs..
