We have been going here for well over a decade, and it's always been a good, professional experience. You can easily see Dr. Middlebrooks love for our furry family members.
They are caring and very responsive. I've been with them for many years, Dr. Middle Brook is awesome
They have been taking care of Stewie since he was a rescue baby in 2005. They got him to his final resting place when he crossed over the rainbow bridge August 15th.
They have always had compassion and the best service! If I decide to get another fur baby, we will definitely be back here! My family wants to say to the entire staff, just thank you so much!

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Lloyd for years and can't recommend her and the practice enough. The staff are all super sweet and doted on my kitty when she had to have surgery. Affordable and affable!
Dr. Lloyd is by far the best vet I’ve ever had. Her and the entire staff are kind, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. There’s been many times they were able to squeeze me in last minute or calm my fears about an issue with my dog. You never feel rushed, and the prices are not outrageous. Always get a follow up call to check on my dog, even when it’s not necessary. No need to look any further than here for your new vet.
I've been going here since 1980 or before. Absolutely love both veterinarians and their staff.
Great doctors, nice and helpful staff. Easy to get an appointment.
My husband and I have trusted the vets at Woodman Drive Animal Hospital since 1982. Dr. Middlebrook is an outstanding veterinarian and person. He not only gives very knowledgeable and HUMANE, CARING service, he is a joy to work with. We have also seen Dr. Lloyd , who is sweet and kind and helped get my sister-in-law's dog on the right track for health. The office is spare, but the CARE is what counts. They focus on the animals and people they serve. The staff always knows your name and pet. Such personal service is rare today--Vets that care about your special fur-family like you do.
Kind and caring vets. We've used this clinic for over 20 years for our cats and they are always friendly and receptive to help our pets in any way possible.
Dr. Lloyd sees some pocket pets, including gerbils and rats. Their rates are scaled for visits and meds with these little bits, and I really appreciate it. While we had to say goodbye to the last of our gerbils, Dr. Lloyd was so wonderful with them.
Dr. Middlebrooks has taken care of our cats over the last 10 years, and he's always been so kind and concerned. Thank you both so much!
Dr. Middlebrooks has helped us out so much with our two dogs! By far our favorite vet.
Dr. Lloyd and Dr. Middlebrooks really do care about their patients. They have both managed to squeeze our dog in for appointments when they have been booked up and they always make sure to call and follow up to see how he is doing. The office staff is always friendly and always remembers us and our dog. Highly recommended
My pets see both doctors. They are great with both of them. The ladies at the front desk usually have me checked in before i walk thrpugh the door. One of my dogs has bad anxiety which makes her ahressive. Dr meddlebrooks has been trying to get her used to him before sedating her. He was really helpful in finding ways to reduse her stress, making her less agressive. The nurses always try to find a fast schedule date for me even when i have tp reshedule
Customer service is AWFUL. They never greet you when you walk in, they're rude to you the whole time you're there. There's even been a couple times when they ladies up front were having a personal conversation while I was standing right there waiting to be helped. They looked at me, barely acknowledged me and continued talking. I even try to stay calm and friendly with them, tell them thank you and have a nice day and they don't even respond half the time. It's a shame because I love Dr. Middlebrooks. He is very friendly and I love going to him for my dogs but the ladies up front are enough to make me look elsewhere.
I went here for an emergency appointment, and I loved the doctor, however I thought the customer service from the vet techs or whoever they were was terrible. They made me feel like it was a problem for me bringing sick dog to them without an appointment. Also, at the end of the appointment when I was checking out they were very rude and when I said thank you they didn't even respond. I live 1 minute away from here and was hoping to start bringing by 2 dogs there regularly, but will definitely not after experiencing this bad customer service. Sorry that my dog inconvenienced you guys.
I can't say enough good things about the Vets and staff at Woodman Drive Animal Clinic! I feel like they are part of our pet family; the advice, care, and recommendations for our pets is amazing. We have loved and lost many pets under their care.
We rushed our dying lab (laryngeal paralysis) to the office minutes before they closed and were given plenty of time to grieve the sudden loss.
We had an extremely old dog and really appreciated the advice towards handling vaccines and medication at such an advanced age.
Vet and staff went above and beyond with assistance to facilitate the adoption of a rescue dog.
I highly recommend Woodman Drive Animal Clinic! They take great care of pets and owners.
I've been with this clinic about a year, since moving to the area. Both vets are wonderful with both my dog and cat. The building doesn't smell! First thing I recognize as a problem with a vet.
They diagnosed my cat with a chronic illness, and I appreciate being given given choices for treatment. We used a less radical approach than some, cat is doing great! They are concerned and thoughtful without insisting on expensive testing/treatment unless absolutely necessary. They give you options.
The prices seem very reasonable compared to other animal clinics I've used. Finally, I like having 2 docs and extended hours. They are open past 5 weekdays and half days Saturdays. You might be surprised how those few extra hours will help you avoid trips to the emergency vet... Which is at least 3x as expensive.
