We just use the normal weekly pickup. When service was switched from Tuesday to Wednesday pickup, ours was missed for two weeks straight and we had to report it. It was then pick up first thing Friday morning's.

I’ve lived in four communities wherein WM showed up by buying out all waste services in the area; quickly to follow were rate hikes, mystery fees, and lay-offs of local workers. Add to this their negligent and manipulative Customer Service model, and you’ve got a rotten monopoly that spreads like a nasty virus…
