Wondering how to get into contact with the actual owner. I know Mr. Craft used to take very good care of each of his dwellings. I have been dealing with multiple issues for over a month now. I don't think he is getting the full story about the issues in many of his places.

Rented from them for years and didn't have any issues. They were able to come and fix any issues we had no questions asked. Made it easy to find a place to live that had plenty of room to be comfortable with great and reasonable pricing. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to live in the North Madison area.

It's never easy moving to a new town. Western Reserve Properties helped make that move so much easier by showing me multiple apartments that had the space I needed, the location I was looking for, and all for an affordable price. If You like landlords that don't fix anything this is the place for you. They will raise rent prices in the name of rising maintenance costs without providing any type of maintenance.Dylan said our stairs would be fixed in a few weeks and it's been over 2 years since he said it. When they happen to send someone to fix something like our ceiling lamp that fell out of the drywall ceiling he came looked at it and said he was getting some tools and never came back that was also 2 years ago. We wrote out a apartment inspection form with things that needed fixed before moving in a cracked window was one of them it had never been fixed the front door looks like it's been kicked in it is not very energy efficient with faulty seals around door so electric costs have been up during winters. We tolderate it because we figure we won't bother them save them time and money and try not to piss them off but we will not be paying the rising maintenance cost because in paying it no way is our quality of life being improved. Looks like the health department and the better business bureau is going to have to get involed. We hadn't received emails in almost 2 years and suddenly last night they manage to find our email and charge us pe existing late fees pictures soon to come.
