All the 5 Star reviews are fake!!! Everyone in the community knows the customer service is the WORST!!! "3's a Crowd" is an absolute joke! They have never ONCE in 3 years had less than 3 people in line, and the horrible manager refuses to hire more cashiers and baggers. Usually there are only 1 or 2 cashiers open, and often no baggers. This is a community of 30,000 people! This VONS used to have great service until they merged with HORRIBLE Albertsons about 3 years ago and got a new manager. HIRE SOME MORE CASHIERS and stop lying that "you open a new cashier when there are more than 3 in line." 100% of the time there are extremely long lines at this store. Manager jams cell phone signal-illegal! EXTREMELY LONG LINES

Clean and well maintained store. Located in nice and colorful mall. Safe area not to many shoplifters so prices are low. Love to go there.

I like my Vons. They've improved on so many fronts. I can imagine how hard it is with turn around and such. My only issue is at 5-6 p.m. it's pretty busy as many of us are getting last minute stuff for dinner. Easy to say staff up but can't have extra cashiers come in for 1-2 hours just for the rush. Deal with it. I don't shop on Sunday because they need to restock their shelves. Other than that, I've had great service in all the departments. Cashiers are always great and I wouldn't want their jobs with some of the people they have to deal with.

Great grocery selection and prices. Convenient shopping center with restaurants including Starbucks and Subway.

Vons Sucks. Why do I have to have a Von's card or be overcharged? Oh, thats right they sell your data. These guys arent open early either. +1 for just being there.

I only go here because it's close. Two lanes are usually open, that's it. Some of the people ringing have a lot if fun talking to their colleagues and not paying attention to customers. Have purchased items that never make it in to my bag. Customer service is fairly poor. No one ever offers to help you out ever.

I'm actually standing in line while rating my experience. Longest lines ever, nothing new. Consistent issues with lack of checkers. I feel sorry for the ones here with no help. All of the customers are with annoyed looks on their faces!
Working parents need to get in and out after work, need to increase the employees at these times.
