Ving Tsun Kung Fu:
The Chinese fighting system of Ving Tsun combines simplicity, efficient techniques and correct principles to create a devastatingly effective self-defense system. Invented over 200 years ago by Shaolin masters, Ving Tsun is the most popular kung fu system in the world.

The techniques of Ving Tsun are easy to learn and do not require superior strenght. It is a particularly good means of self-defense for both men and women. Ving Tsun is a great form of physical fitness and mental discipline.

Ving Tsun uses a unique training method called, “Chi Sao,” to teach students to use arm sensitivity combined with correct footwork to deflect attacks by a stronger assailant and powerfully counter attack to decisively end a violent encounter. Students are taught as quickly as they can conceptualize the principles and techniques. An average student can learn effective self defense in a short period of time.

Ving Tsun training directly develops the characteristics of speed, power, correct technique and courage.
