Victory Christian Center at Warren is located near the Route 82 Bypass just east of the 422 Parkman Road exit. With outstanding worship and devotion to discipleship, the Warren community has a great place to go to draw near to the Lord. This ministry is joined by 8 other campuses in Eastern Ohio and West PA as part of Victory Christian Center.
