User I want to start by saying we did make the best of it and had an amazing vacation. We also appreciate Manager Tatum fixing the issues which were brought to her attention in a timely manner and making it right for us. I can't however in good faith give a higher rating based on our experience because the things we encountered should not have happened. That being said...Check in is 4pm, we arrived at roughly 5:40pm to wait awhile for the person at the desk to greet and help us as they instead were counting a drawer. Once helped we were told our villa was not ready and woulnd't be until 6:10pm. We had a 2 yr old and 4 month old with us, they gave us a pizza coupon while we waited which was nice but didn't seem adequate given we were almost 2 hours past check in. 6:22pm and I call the front desk wondering what is going on, they call housekeeping and come back to say our villa was ready 5 minutes ago but housekeeping didn't call them. I spoke to the manager on duty and requested they make this right which they did and we appreciated that. Had this been the only hiccup I would have been able to provide a higher rating. However, we get into our villa and the blinds are broke on the entry door, there are no blinds in a bedroom so we couldn't change in there and its ground level which was just creepy to sleep in, dresser was broke, several outlets didn't work and kitchen chair rails were broke underneath. I called the front desk and requested blinds, and reported the broken items to assure we weren't charged and to get the safety ones fixed. They did send someone the next day to give us blinds. Never fixed the kitchen chair. Day 2 we attempted to use the stove only for it to smoke up the entire cabin. I called to report this and request it be fixed along with mentioning the chair again. They said they'd send someone the next morning (day 3 of our 4 day stay). No one arrived in the morning and I had to go to the front desk to again request our stove be fixed which is when I spoke with Tatum who immediately got housekeeping there however they were unable to clean it so maintenance came, they said the tray was FILTHY and he would be back to fix it. He did get it fixed when we were not there . it appears that despite our 2.5 hr late check in cleaning the stove does not ever take place in there cleaning between guests. Our feet were also black from the villa floor which appears to also be on the cleaning list, along with ever dusting because the lights and corners had heavy cobwebs. I did not bring the petty cleaning to their attention just the big issues, all of which got addressed and fixed with the exception of the kitchen chair that go ignored over and over again until one of us accidentally forgot about it and sat on it for breakfast only to land on the floor as the chair collapsed. I again called the front desk and Tatum did have a new chair brought but the damage was already done. That should have 1 never been in the villa when we got there after waiting 2.5 hrs past check in the villa should have been spotless, free of safety dangers and ready especially since resort fees are almost as much as the nightly fee. I could have been in that chair holding my infant when it collapsed, or an elderly person could have been in the villa after us and sat on that chair. We do appreciate Tatum making it right just wish that we had a better experience so she wasn't having to "make it right" at least once a day during our stay over BIG things. That stuff set aside the water park was wonderful for our little ones, they even have seats in the water that our 4 month old was able to sit and jump in which was nice. Despite the large hiccups we encountered we will likely be giving 3 bears another chance to redeem themselves as our children loved the water park.
