West HIlls Home Depot is the worst among all their stores, worst customer service ever. If you can help it, don't go there. I just purchased some stuffs along with an advertised mirror showing a price of $14.88. After I checked out and went to the car then realized the receipt shows I was charged $29.98 instead. Went to the customer return center Jackie took the mirror and with a nonchalant attitude said I'll be back. I followed her, first she casually walked to the plumbing dept, asked a guy does he know anything about this mirror, then she walked to the paint dept and asked another guy, the advertised display is right in front. So I said can you refund my money and re-ring and take care of your issue later because my husband is waiting in the car (we just bought a whole bunch of garden stuffs so he is waiting to go home to unload). Jackie said I have to ask the manager if I can refund it. More walking to find the manager. Then back to the return checkstand, refund the money and re-ring. More problem and more waiting, she wanted my husband to come in again to show her the military ID to get the same discount I got 20 mins ago (Yes, it took her 20 mins for all these walking around to get this simple issue resolved). It is the worse customer service ever. At this time I was furious, the receipt clearly show I got the military discount already, so she said I have to call the manager. More waiting, Mike the manager came to the checkstand, I have to explain the whole thing again. Mike also has a nonchalant attitude, finally, they gave the discount without having my husband to come in. No apologies from any of these people for the inconvenience, they could care less about anything, it is indeed sad to have such employees that represent their store which could care less about customer service. The company should really demand and focus good customer service from their employees. I should really send this to weigh and measure, maybe then they would pay more attention.

Visited Home Depot to purchase 4 sets of closet doors. Was immediately walked over the closet section and handed off to Mike. Mike finished up with a customer and took the time to carefully talk us through each option of "Good, Better, Best". He quickly entered our order into the computer and we were on our way to the cashier to pay for our closet doors. Our contractor was able to pickup the replacement doors from will call the next morning. Seamless process.

The worst home Depot, several times I have purchased online only to find out they are out of stock when you get to the store. I will never shop this location ever again.

9-18-2017 Tried to by flooring to find out it's not in season.

So dissapointed I'm the management and staff that managed a poor situation in the store tonight

I watched someone go to a register and be told he can use it after the guy made a deal about how it was his register

After ringing in an item the other guy was beligerent and was rude to the guy he told to ring his stuff. Then out right made an issue and lied to the staff about how it was his register and he was waiting. This man was rude,

Sadly the guy kept teasing taunting ringing things up on him and wouldn't just let him finish even though he was waiting for a clerk to help him

He was nudging him poking him and just being mean after he said go ahead

The other guy pushed him and honestly I would have also. I would have stood my ground and not have left either since the guy was so rude to him after saying go ahead and use it

The sad part is the staff did nothing. A issue arising in the store. The guy who came up to ring a few things and supposedly budded in line but really didn't since the other said go ahead. He asked for a manager he asked for help from an associate and then when he was badgered the manager still did it

Even after he pushed the guys for being such a jerk, mgmt still didn't show up to even kick them both out or offer any options. The staff stood around laughing and acting as if they can't do anything

The woman could have started ringing in the guys purchases who was originally there first and told the guy to use his register. But she didn't

Staff could have aided and made a pissing contest better and management didn't even step in when the customer badgered asked

Personally I'm glad he shoved the guy to the ground. This guy rude mean and lying through his teeth to staff that he didn't say what he told the other guy

Shame on the two guys
Shame on management
Shame on the staff

Hopefully Home Depot will train better and iltimately offer a safe place for others. Anytime a fight can break out. It is the teams job to call the police, security or management and non of it happened

Waited for over 15 minutes. Couldn't get any person to come out and help me. Went to customer service and asked them to have the manager come to talk to me about their poor service. Couldn't get the manager come to talk to me

It is a good size store the only thing it needs to be more organized the otherwise is ok.

In my experience all HD are short staffed so if you know what you need is great if not just be patient and find a person that can help. Self check is best, faster, the place is never over full. Overall nice experience :)

This store is great. It's usually pretty quiet, they have a great team, and parking is no problem. They have a lot of experienced people to help.

Do not order anything from this place!!!!! They screwed up every order (4) or called us two days later to tell us they were out and that they couldn't "find" our refund so we had to go through our bank. We also bought a $1200 refrigerator and it was delivered broken. Left it plugged in for three days and no refrigeration. And then we tried to get a replacement or pickup and refund and one month later they do not pick up the phone or respond or call us back. Need to go through the bank now. Home depot has gone downhill like crazy. 8 years ago this was not an issue. Horrible management.

Home Depot is absolutely the WORST on their phone service regardless of the store......they have a MAJOR customer service issue. You call in trying to reach someone in the Kitchen area or other area....you call their extension it rings....you get put on hold to a line that keeps you there...then someone comes on the line....transfers you to the extension.....and it rings...and then transfers to another continuous loop...saying "Welcome to the Home Depot your call is very important to us, but all associates are busy at this time assisting other callers, please remain on the line and your call will be answered by the next available associate"........then someone comes on again transfers you again and the continuous link continues.....(music plays in the background..."give me a reason to believe in". After another 15 minutes on hold it rings again......person comes on line and takes phone number and name phone number....

Paint and Pro desk areally great. Always helpful and going above and beyond. Also did two kitchen remodels with the design Center and was incredibly happy...one was timed and executed with precision...down to the studs kitchen remodel in 10 days while my mother was on vacation! A big thanks to Ned and the team for arranging that renovation raiders style kitchen remodel!
