Alexandra Benevento is exactly the attorney you need and want in your corner. She is honest, but uses that honesty to connect with you, judges and solicitor. Her professionalism is perfectly balanced with her approachability and candor. I cannot think of any firm that I would call instead of Strom, knowing how the firm fosters her innate ability. Clearly, the firm has a culture that works to enhance its attorneys abilities in the interests of its clients.
Ally is an asset in the toughest situation and Strom is the better for fostering and harnessing her natural talent.

Strom Law Firm LLC GOES ABOVE & BEYOND to serve their clients. My husband had something on his criminal record that was never supposed to be there. This was about 20 years ago and it always bothered him. We've tried over the years to get ANY SC attorney to call us back and let us know what steps to take or to help us get it expunged. We never received a single call back. And these calls were to prominent law firms recommended to us. We were baffled by this, but every year we would try again. I am glad we waited. The person who took our call, McKenzie Redmond could not be any sweeter. She walked us through what items we needed for when the attorney was going to call back in the next hour. (Seriously?? We couldn't pay someone to call us back. Is she really going to?) Sure enough, attorney Stephanie Jones called earlier than expected and had a brief conversation with my husband and I about our options. We felt so comfortable from the very first call. We retained them right there. Next to contact us was Kristi Kole, paralegal. We submitted everything to her and paid the retainer immediately. The transaction itself was hassle free, drama free, quick, sensitive to our needs, Kristi's follow up emails with updates (unprompted) kept us abreast along the way. In the end the expungement was completed and to celebrate Stephanie phoned us. I promised to write this review because if you don't call Strom Law Firm for assistance, you have chosen the wrong firm. Here you will receive kind and generous attention. We could not recommend them more highly. They are a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10. Thank you

There is a total lack of follow through at this law firm. They say they will take care of things but they don''t actually do anything unless you repeatedly call them. Even then, they miss basic details of what they were told. Six months after the initial contact, I ended the relationship as they had done nothing that they said they would. They did refund my money in a timely manner but I recommend you find a more trustworthy firm if you are looking for results.

Jessica was very thorough and what I liked about her most was that she listened to me attentively and asked me questions. This is a great firm with an incredibly smart group of lawyers who really care about their clients. I recently had a tricky business dispute and the attorneys at Strom Law were quick to identify the relevant issues and laws, and then advise me on the best course of action. They directed me to the appropriate attorneys in the state and jurisdiction where I was doing business. And, they explained it all in plain English while not glossing over the subtleties of the issue. I highly recommend Strom Law.

My experience with Strom Law Firm has been stellar! I have worked with many attorneys through the years on both corporate and personal matters. I can state with confidence that the attorney at Strom that I have worked with has done an outstanding job for me and I would recommend and refer him to anyone! He is responsive, thorough in explaining my options in layman's terms and very knowledgeable concerning the issues at hand.
