Kids will love it and the adults can be a kid again. Great way to have fun and burn calories without even realizing it.

Edit: The staff, who have some of the easiest jobs, do not pay attention at all during the dodgeball games, and are busy on their phones, talking, and flirting. Literally a kid got hit 5 times in one game right in the chest, but was never called out, though the entire team pleaded her to watch the game, but instead walked around and flirted, causing the game to be unfair. These workers get paid to lean up against a trampoline and call people out, but are too lazy to even do it. The workers have fights over who has to monitor the games, as many want to go to the least populated and least interactive activity so they can daydream and talk. GET ROASTED.
The Glow Zone is the biggest scam ever. The workers are terrible, especially the annoying one who takes his job way too seriously and yells at everybody for nothing. He thinks he works a professional job though he is a court monitor/manager at SkyZone. Literally, there are next to no UV lights or Blacklights, so nothing glows. The shirts barely glow, though the advertisements show them radiantly shining. Also, they do not have any hard dodgeballs that glow, so you have to use the soft ones that are trash. I got bored after the first game of dodgeball, and I wish I could have gotten a refund. The referees never called anybody out because they could not even see anybody getting hit since it was so dark. Worst $25 ever. And yes, I have been to the Glow Zone and normal SkyZone several times.

Always a fun time! (Even for the adults:) The only negative while I understand why they do it is being separated by age group. Keep up the local promoting...we love the free 30 minute cards, it gets us in the door and we always buy more time!

Had a fun time, but almost didn't get in due to the waiver process. My son brought a friend. We knew to have the parents sign the waiver first. The parents printed it out and signed it and sent it with him. Got to the place- the form was one they didn't use anymore and didn't have a location name on it so they wouldn't accept it. Had to call the parents and have them do it online. What if the parents hadn't been home or didn't have access to a computer though? We wouldn't have gotten in.

My dtr (9) had a great time, that's what mattered most. From a parents perspective things could be better. Front desk staff was nice however the girl tried to start our hour to where it'd only be 40minutes, it was adjusted. I do not like the sticker having my child's full name, I feel like that information is unnecessary in a place full of strangers. The sticker also fell off in the foam pit soon after arrival. I noticed a lot of missing stickers. They did have staff set up at every station which is awesome but they weren't actually monitoring the children and their sizes. So overall a decent place when it's not overly crowded but definitely has room for improvement.

The place is nice and all but they need to have different times they are open in the summer and in the time when kids are in school. If they could do that then they would get a 5 star rating.

Had my daughters Birthday party there, the staff was fabulous and we didn't have to lift a finger, they did it all. Made it nice for the us to socialize with the other parents.

I had a joint birthday party for my two daughters one turning six and one turning four. From the moment I booked the party online until the completion of the party I received nothing but exceptional professionalism, and courtesy. When we checked in on September 4th we were welcomed with all smiling faces, and all of the kids, and parents had an outstanding time. Everything was conducted on schedule, and perfectly. Jill, and Sydney were our hosts for the party, and I could not say enough great things about them. Extremely personable, and courteous. I am a combat wounded veteran from the marines and usually do not like being in crowds, I told them these things and they did everything to keep us comfortable and safe. I want to thank you guys for giving my daughters a truly memorable experience!
