Description
SHINOBI is the creation of lifelong martial artist Ramy Daoud, a professional MMA fighter with a 3-0 record in the sport. SHINOBI is comprised of two programs:
ShinobiFit is our highly regarded fitness and conditioning program, focusing on developing lean muscle mass while decreasing body fat. Our ShinobiFit classes are 45 minutes and are non stop action, we promise that you will leave drenched in sweat and with a big smile on your face.
Our fitness program consists of excercises and drills that high level athletes use to get in peak shape, however we adapt these routines so that everyone can do them and benefit. Whether you are an aspiring athlete, experienced competitor or just someone looking to make a positie change in your life, ShinobiFit is a great fit for you!
The ShinobiFit program focuses on cutting edge, progressive drills used by the pros.
ShinobiMMA is our program that teaches valuable self defense and mixed martial arts skills. Whether you are looking to compete in MMA or just looking to be more confident should a situation arise where you need to defend yourself, we are certain that ShinobiMMA will be to your liking. In our ShinobiMMA classes you will learn the basics of striking and grappling and how to apply these skills in realistic situations.
Not only are our sessions demanding and technical, they are always extremely enjoyable. Train like a fighter in a safe and positive setting at Shinobi!
