A resident of Raleigh for almost 18 years and Rolesville for 11 years, Sheilah understands Wake county's growth and its lasting impact on the town. Issues that Sheilah believes in:

Sheilah has been married to Carlton, a retired army soldier of 22 year, for over 26 years and have three children: Ariana, a graphic designer in Charlotte, Caleb, an active duty army soldier currently in Augusta, GA and Briana, a high senior at Heritage High.
