"Bought a $2000 fridge from here just under two years ago. We had to have it fixed twice within the first year and now, this third time it has broken, we have been waiting 3 months and counting (can you imagine 3 months without a fridge/freezer?!). Multiple times our appointments were cancelled without notice. After sitting at home waiting all day, finally called and was informed they cancelled it. Had a technician come out and order the parts to fix it, then had to wait 3 weeks for them to come in, but the next guy didn't know why the first guy ordered the parts so he tinkered a bit and said it was fixed- it wasn't. When he returned a week later to try again, he tried calling Sears for help and they were even giving the technician a hard time, making light of the situation. He finally ordered a part that he thought should solve the problem, had to wait another week for it to come in, and turns out it was one of the parts they had originally ordered!! Not sure if this will finally fix it or not, just hoping that they stop jerking around and send someone here to do the work soon! No wonder this company is going down the drain! Terrible customer service, terrible quality appliances, and lazy workers 😒"
