No one EVER answered their phones! I called the store 8 different times today, asking for various departments, including finally human resources. Each time the phone rang so long - dozens of rings - it finally disconnected itself. Never did get an actual human. Service has gone from bad to literally non-existent. Can't imagine how bad it would be to actually go in the store!

You can get great bargains here, if you know how to shop. Beware of their phony 50 to 75% off "sales." They literally just bring the prices up and take that percentage off from an already overpriced item. Lol
I agree, the wait time in line is ridicoulooooous!!

Update: 12/08/16 Apparently they're being sued for what I mentioned above! "Tricking shoppers."

Attempting to purchase a refrigerator and the salesman misled us to believe that a unit was manufactured by a company that got better reviews. I would double check my facts before purchasing any Kenmore product.

Affordable clothing alot of items on sale a great selection of backyard accesories and hardware tools for the men! And everything in Sears is just perfect. The store might not look high class as other stores but its just a wonderful place to shop at specially when the deals come in.

So, this afternoon, I strolled through Sears and found a shirt i liked and went to stand in line at check out in the women's department.

The line wasn't long- about 3 people in front- so i should be out in 10 minutes- right?

Wrong.

There is one cashier working hard on a person's return. No other cashiers on the floor.

NONE.

So, 45 long minutes tick by.

Several more people join behind me.

After the line hasn't moved AN INCH- several put down what they were hoping to buy and leave.

I stay because i've invested so long- surely it couldn't be much longer!

The cashier murmurs an apology for the wait, she says she'll call for help.

She broadcasts "Code 3 to the women's section"

Although several Sears staff walk by, not a single person comes to her aid.

NO ONE.

More time ticks by,

She calls again.

NO SEARS EMPLOYEES HELP.

Finally, I come to my senses-

I put down the shirt and leave-

this Sears location doesn't deserve our money if they treat their employees and customers like that.
