Description

A scholarship fund has been set up through the MIddletown Community Foundation in memory of SPC James E Hall, Jr who passed away on November 11, 2011 due to injuries related to his service in Afghanistan. He was born October 9, 1984 in Dayton, Ohio the son of James Edward Hall, Sr. and Carla (Sasser) Hall. Jimmy was known for his kind nature, placing others before himself, sense of humor, and his big heart. Jimmy was competitive and loved to play sports. Jimmy attended Monroe High School, and later joined the Army where he began to complete his college degree through University of Maryland in Forensic Investigation. In the Army, Jimmy was a Specialist in the Infantry and had numerous awards including the Purple Heart.

Jimmy is survived by his wife Laura (Sarich) Hall and son Aiden James Hall.

His mother Carla Hall established a fund through the Middletown Community Foundation for a scholarship in his memory for criminal justice.
