  Our family (3 generations) wanted somewhere to take a mini vacation where we could all stay under one roof and this house the bill perfectly. Saugatuck Modern Farmhouse home was super clean and comfortable and within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen was very well appointed, and everything throughout the home was well labeled. Check in and check could not have been easier. We had a great time.

  Rental house was in a great location. Very well equipped. Very clean. Perfect for our family to get together over the Christmas holiday. The owner was super responsive. A great experience.

  This was such a great place for a Christmas vacation. It was very spacious and relaxing. We each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. (We originally rented this space for a much larger crowd, but because of covid we decided not to invite anyone outside of our bubble).
  We loved the kitchen space and the identification labels on all of the cabinets and drawers. The large kitchen table allowed us to meticulously focus and deliver a winning gingerbread house in the girls v boys gingerbread house competition. The kitchen was very well appointed including two full ovens and an additional fridge in the garage and wine cooler in the family room. The outdoor fireplace was a perfect staging area for hot cider and cocoa sipping.
  We bought a Christmas tree with us to insure Santa would find us in Saugatuck and have a place to leave all of us good boys and girls gifts. We even found a perfect place to hang stockings over the fireplace mantle in the entryway.

  I stayed here with my wife, children, and grandchildren for my wife's 60th birthday. We had a wonderful time, and we loved the house. There was plenty of space for everyone. We loved that there was an outside fireplace and grill. We made use of all of the wonderful amenities. The house is very well outfitted. We had everything we needed to cook and dine together. We had plenty of rooms for children, adults, and the old folk to all have their separate spaces or to come together on the main floor for dining and fun. Alex, the owner, was great to deal with and quite accommodating. We would definitely stay in this house again or rent any other properties they might have. The house itself, the town, the proximity to Lake Michigan, it all made for a very memorable experience for us. Five stars across the board!
