The employees were Rude and had attitude. If you cant take dealing with customers this JOB is not for you. Its even worse with this holiday !. As i was in an isle looking for an item and at items i had not realized i was LOCKED IN THE isle then the employee had the nerve to give me attitude when i entered the isle IT WAS NOT CLOSED OFF! I COULD HAVE BEEN HURT ! SAMS CLUB you need to retrain your employees!! The only saving Grace in all this was that The CASHIER was extremely nice other wise i would have talked to a manger! Thank your cashiers! with a Raise ! THEY DESERVE It! Especially Stephanie .

Today was not the best visit. Waited an hour+ for croissants to cool...I waited 40 at the baking area. I felt the bakers were very cavalier about packaging them because they knew I was waiting...while I waited I sold two cakes with my recommendations and assited an elder patron with cake selection and placement. I recognize that this is a warehouse store, however, in your baking department customer service should be a priority...feeling neglected...and like I 'm in a factory.

Great place to shop courteous employees. So courteous we are on a first name basis. Store extremely clean bathrooms are immaculate. Always have a great shopping experience.

Good place to shop everyone's friendly. Clean for the most part. Parking can be a pain.

Very clean and organized. Decent prices. Some really good deals, but especially with coupons. Smaller packages than Costco's which is good and a lower membership rate.

I drive from Simi Valley just to shop here. Different selections than cost Co. Seems they rotate new products as well.

You can get in and out of here fairly quick compared to most places. Not as packed as Costco, so I come here often for supplies, to eat at the cafe, and to top off my gas tank.
