While Rudolph’s may be housed in a historic building in downtown Bernardsville, our cuisine is anything but antiquated. We aim to provide our guests with an entirely crafted experience, from atmosphere to menu to beverage program.

The original menu is head chef David Drake’s take on modern American cuisine: simple yet refined, using fresh, local ingredients and prime cuts of meat dry-aged in house. Our cocktail offering boasts a variety of seasonal specialty cocktails – both original creations and updates on the classics. Owner Rudolfo Hisena has brought his personal collection of wines to the restaurant, which contains an impressive list of older vintages, perfectly cellared for the perfect complement to your meal.
