Sacramento worked his butt off to make things right after my last visit. They were able to provide me a loaner vehicle for the duration of my vehicle issues being diagnosed and serviced. He was very friendly, helpful, and when it came to explaining the vehicle issues they found as well as the costs associated with them. Although I did not complete all of the recommendations, they continue to make me feel like a valued customer and look forward to continuing my service needs with them.

I am so excited about my experience with Royal Moore! Mary was fantastic. She was positive and super helpful from the very beginning. She is still answering questions for me. All of the questions that come up after you make a purchase need to be answered as well, right? Mary and Omid are a great team - working together from start to finish (and beyond!). I loved the fact that I met them both right away and I was not introduced to someone new for the finance/contract signing "session". They were understanding and patient from the quick stop in (test drive/trade in estimate) on. I did not ever feel a push, but I always felt support. If I buy another car, I will be going back to Royal Moore!
