  This was the best experience i have had with a roofing company. The quality of work is Amazing. Rex was great to work with and really made sure i stayed in my budget.

  They were great and worked with me to figure out exactly where our leak was coming from - even coming out on a rainy day to check inside my attic. I would recommend to anyone who needs roof repair!

  Profession, responsible, accountable and responsive from start to finish. As far as I am concerned, Roof Doctors is my only go-to for roofing needs.

  Let me begin this review by saying Mike Suddoth was great. He came to my home for an estimate on a leak and was very professional, friendly and informative. He emailed me a repair estimate by the end of the day, as he said he would. Now while he was great, the customer service department at this office could use more training. After receiving the emailed estimate, I contacted the office about scheduling the repair and was told I would first need to reply to the email, accepting the work order. I thought that was strange since I was agreeing when I called to ask to schedule the repair, but I assume this is their way of me "signing" the agreement. So I did. And then I waited. Obviously when you experience a roof leak it is a very urgent matter since, well, there's water leaking into your home. And I understand the high demand, given Tennessee's recent unpredictable wet weather and companies may be unable to complete work orders until 2-3 weeks after the estimate. I get it. What I do not understand is that even after emailing my agreement, there was no follow up until I called today to ask to schedule the work and was told I would receive an email with a date on Friday--IF I'm included in that "batch" of work orders. It made absolutely no sense. I'm expected to wait for a date that I may or may not be available for? And one that may or may not come this Friday? In any case, I canceled the repair request, opting instead to go with a more accommodating company.

  Roof Doctors installed our new architectural shingle and standing seam roof and it looks fantastic. We replaced our bay window roofing with fresh copper and all the gutters are half-round, which look fantastic. The changes have really improved the look and curb-appeal of our home and the crew worked hard and cleaned up well.
  
  We were very pleased with Dustin's communications and the time he spent looking at our house and talking us through ideas and options. He pays very close attention to detail and when he inspected the roof after the job was done he found some minor angles and fittings he wasn't pleased with and had them redone. He treated it like it was his own home.
  
  Thrilled with the results, especially the front porch metal roofing and the gutters - these make a big difference in the look of the house and have gotten a lot of praise from other contractors and from friends.
  
  Highly recommended.
