  Fastest service in town was about to go to sea world when my garage door broke. He was at my house within 30 minutes. It had me fixed within an hour. Excellent customer service. educated me on how to maintain my garage door and prevent future breaks.

  Very professional, fast, and honest to a fault. Tommy is a wealth of knowledge and gave me insight on various garage door models & types, their price points, and the pros/cons of each. This allowed me to make my informed decision without pressure. Once I made my choice, Tommy installed the new opener effortlessly and calibrated it with the mobile app and remotes. Highly recommended!

  Tommy showed up at around 9:30 pm on a Saturday night when our garage door got stuck open. I called several other companies and none would come out until Monday...Tommy responded in 30 minutes and was able to manually close our garage door..one of the springs had broken. He returned the next morning installed a new spring system for our door. So thankful for his fast response and not letting us spend the night with an open garage door :) Highly recommed!

  A misplaced garden tool caused our garage to come off the tracks and pop off two rollers late in the evening. I called to leave Tommy a voicemail about coming the next day and to my surprise he picked up. 30 minutes later he was in our garage fixing our problem. His work was outstanding, after repair our garage door was as good as new. Our garage was pretty bent and busted but look at these pics. Looks like a new garage door. People like Tommy are rare... he knew we had a problem and he addressed it as quickly as possible. No hesitation, no 6 hour "arrival windows", just got straight to the problem and fixed it and all for an extremely reasonable price. He's truly a master of his craft. Will never use another garage door company, Right on Time has a customer for life.

  Tommy was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the mechanics of how the door work and what needed to be repaired. He was very detail oriented and pointed a flaw on the cable used by the home builder that wasn’t rated for our 400lbs+ garage. Highly recommend and my to go guy to all garage repairs.
