You can tell they have a passion for customer service in both professionalism, how they explain things as well as talking/walking you through things you can do to ensure longevity of the fixes they’ve done… which really tell me they actually care. Very happy. My go to.

Luke is an awesome person. He is a hard worker and his charges are very reasonable. I highly recommend Luke Rezab for all your plumbing needs.

I called Rezab Wednesday morning and they had William to my house within an hour! He was super communicative, thorough and went above and beyond my expectations. We had a clog in our garage sink and he even went to one of our other clear outs to make sure it wasn’t there, too. He then camera’d the pipes and showed me the footage.
I then had to call him out Thursday am for a shower clog. We are renters and the clog ended up being a bigger problem than we thought. William was patient, sympathetic and understanding.
We also have four kids that he was so kind with. He answered all of their questions and made conversation with them.
You could tell this company is not “money hungry”. Their price was SO reasonable on Wednesday and on Thursday since we had to wait on my landlords wishes he didn’t charge a thing.
I will forever spread the word about Rezab (and William). When we home own, they’ll be our go to!
